Set in this awe-inspiring desert scenery, trending at the top of many travel lovers, the Sass’ AlUla winter pop up is offering what it does the best; a dinner followed with immersive beats of the resident DJ.
The baroque-inspired open-air restaurant, designed by the Monaco based G&M Design, echoes the iconic codes of Sass’ Monaco with a color panel ranging from burgundy red, black, gold, on velvet and leather textures. The central lounge, which combines the unique elements of Sass’ AlUla and its partner Jetcraft, a global leader in private aviation, offers an ideal setting to relax in a remarkable atmosphere.

Sass’ AlUla is delighted to present an exclusive culinary concept offering exceptional dining experiences in the heart of AlUla.
Guests are invited to indulge in meticulously crafted menus by our Chef from Sass’ Monaco, showcasing the beloved Sass’ Mediterranean classics including an exquisite array of homemade pasta, meats, seafood, and delectable desserts. During their dining experience, guests will also uncover the flavors of Uruguay through our open fire live cooking spot, with selected specialties including meats and vegetables meticulously prepared with techniques from ancient pampas. On the beverage side, guests can sip on a selection of flavoured mocktails, or a curated homemade non-alcoholic Sangria created by our talented mixologist.
